How to measure a Bicycle Frame?
I have a Schwinn OCC Chopper Bicycle..I’m not sure if it’s a 20 inch frame or 24 inch frame..how do I measure?..other sites said to measure from the center of the crank to the top of the seat tube..is it the same with this chopper?
Frames can actually be measured two different ways – similar but different. Some companies measure from the center of the crank to the TOP of the seatpost tube. Some measure from the center of the crank to the CENTER of the top tube/seatpost intersection.
This is called either center to top or center to center. 2nd link down will show a picture.
