I’m obese, is this the right way to loose weight?
I am a 300lb dude and im 18, and my body is mostly fat, i do 15 pund dumbels, but that’s once in a while.
i decided to use my bicycle machine (the one at ggyms) that my dad bought me 3 years ago, and decided to stop being a lazy fatboy. LOL.
Neways im eating honey bunches of oats for breakfast
for lunch, i eat an apple/ 25cent bag of doritos cooler ranch and a carror.
then i work out at 5;15 pm , for about 50 min, (which covers the bicycle machine/ doing 15 lbs dumbels and streching)
And for dinner i’ll eat some indian stuff like beans, or something that involves just soup form, with carrots/ cucmbers/ lettuce/tomatoes/celery and few others. and i drink a-lot of water.
ivve been doing this for 4 days and i lost 2-3 pounds. I WAS LIKE “DAMN” I WANNA LOOSE WEIGHT FASTER.
should i continue my routine or just give up and be fat for ever?
You need a healthier diet than what you are doing. Eat 3 meals a day that are healthy and high in protein and have a good snack in between each meal. If you lost 2-3 pounds in 4 days that is awesome. You should only weigh yourself weekly and do it at the same time of day each week wearing the same clothes or nude if possible. Start a healthier diet and continue the exercise and give yourself a pat on the back for taking the initiative to do something about your health. Congratulations.
